Bet you thought I was going to skip today didn’t you? Come on, even I can manage to do *two* runs. Three however… I did manager to run a little over 2 minutes longer than Monday.
However I ran slower as I covered the same distance. Hopefully Friday I can hit 15. I want to focus on the time rather than the distance right now.
