Remember - first 3 workouts (a week or so) are the easiest in terms of staying motivated - but also the riskiest in terms overdoing it. Most people drop out in second or third week. So watch out for getting demotivated next week or so. Once you are past 3 weeks it will become part of your routine and you'll likely stick to it long term.
